On one hand we have the pre-Sanders version of Klitschko, who was far more entertaining yet open to be taken out by big punchers.

On the other one we have Klitschko as he fights today, safety first, not pleasing crowds, but racking up wins and $$$.

If you were Wladimir Klitschko, would you change your style to be more likeable to fans?

What he does now works just fine for him but it wouldn't take much away from his safety first approach if he threw more right hands overall and earlier on, rather than just waiting til' he's comfortable with the distance and tempo of the fight..

His previous stamina issues have played with his head and I'm sure that's a big reason why, besides his chin, the right hands and combos don't come out as much.

I think he needs to take more chances and show some dexterity. He won't change - not at this stage.

Let's see - I am winning all my fights against the best available contenders by way of domination, in stadiums packed full of 50,000 of my adoring fans. After the fight I pick up all my belts that I can carry at one time and go to my hotel to **** the cheerleader.

Yeah, I don't think I'll change too much for the sake of it.

    No. It works.

I will admit it's boring to watch at times but fighters like Wlad don't fight for the fans.

He's making a ton of money fighting in Germany and getting the win everytime out. I guess their is no need to change up what works for you. Though when it comes to american fans or him being a household name worldwide, I just dont think it's going to happen. HBO was his platform before, now he has none. In Germany he's a god, in America he's practically a nobody.

No, and in fact if I were Wlad, I would do more jabbing and grabbing just so I could read about Zakman degrading me about my "illegal tactics" and my "high-grade clubfighter" style

No. He has 50-60,000 people at his fights, is viewed in 110 countries, makes tens-of-millions a year, and is winning, why on earth would he change his style?

If he changes his style he losses like he did in some earlier fights. He has to be cautious. His chin is not great.. This is how he keeps winning.

I would. I'm dumb like that. I would care what the fight fans really think of me.

    Hell no.

He's going to retire rich and still have a working brain and central nervous system. Screw everyone else, they won't be there wiping his ass and listening to him stutter.

If I had the choice, I would go out like Calzaghe instead of Ali. Wouldn't you?

Yeah, and I'm sure Wlad would as well.
