    Although I wasn't vocal or public as many posters here I will be amoung the first to admitt I was wrong about how I thought the fight would play out. I invisioned it differently and was shocked at what I was watching.

    Many posters on here said anyone who thought Pac would win was "Stupid" to quote another thread and were very fixed on the idea that this was a mismatch in Oscars favor.

    SO THE IDEA OF THIS THREAD IS TO ADMITT YOU WERE WRONG AND RIGHTFULLY EAT CROW AS ITS DESEREVED AT THIS POINT.

    I was wrong, I thought it'd be a mismatch.
    I hoped Pacquiao would win though, but can't believe the way it happened!

    I wanted Pac to win, but honestly thought DLH would take this fight. . .

    In my defence i did say that If De La Hoya comes into the fight lighter then 154 he would loose.

    Oh yes, I had it wrong, I didn't shamefully write off pacman though, I gave him a chance, but never saw him stopping him!

    not only was I wrong but I thought this was a terrible farce...ie in my face full-on! Jut glad I didn't bet on it. Would love to see pac-flyod-two smaller WW with deiffernet and complimentary styles....what a show that would be!

    Called DLH by decision, although I was rooting for Pacquiao to get the win.

    Still had it in my head that Pac-Man would come forward, and be more stationary than he was...But he really varied the style of his attack, and boxed extremely well, so props to him.

    I thought Oscar might be able to bully pac into the ropes, lean on him, and wear him down. Once again Pac's footwork was sublime

    I was rooting for Pacquiao but I felt he was too small to handle ODLH. Before the fight I was thinking to myself, 'this is wrong. Oscar shouldn't be picking on featherweights.' But I'm glad I was proven dead wrong.
