that covered boxing, would you help sell a fight that you knew would be a mis-match?

I think both fighters sold it well (I assume you're talking about Haye and Harrison?) I don't believe for one minute they are 'enemies' They both done a fantastic job in building the hype for this mismatch, sucking a load of people into it, and Haye saying that he will now go and have a beer with Audley after they straighted everything out in the ring, sure, maybe not close friends, but no where near enemies.

Assuming I'd made my opinion clear to powers that be at the TV company then, yes, I'd help promote it, its my job.

Difference between promoting something, shoving your BS down peoples throat at every given opportunity, particularly when you YOURSELF are apparently supposed to be a fan of the sport.

Spencer Oliver does not exaggerate, over-hype stuff, but he's still far and away the best pundit on Sky, and I suspect most casual fans who tuned into Sky when he is on, would come to that realization pretty quickly, simply because the stuff he says makes sense, and he does not constantly display biased.

Are we pundits? The way the OP is worded I assumed we were just one of the drones....

If we ARE pundits then thats different, you are paid for you opinions and should be able to justify them. You're paid to be honest and if you think its a mismatch you should say so.
