Boxsensei is a joke there's no way he has said one negative thing about Floyd Mayweather the entire time he's been on this forum, I guarantee.

By the way....you think beating Andre Berto is a spectacular win

Ortiz definitely big enough to be JR. WW. He rehydrated 14lbs over the limit. I'm not saying he should go now, but in a few more years, I could definitely see it happening. He's a big WW and he's only 24.

Your dumbass is a ****ing hater. Berto Ortiz is a fight of the year candidate. The fact is, is that Ortiz is the best WW opponent out there, other than Pac. People are shitting on Ortiz as if there are other big name champion WW's available. Floyd took the best fight he could. Ortiz is good fighter, with Power who's gotten bigger and stronger since 2009.

FMJ has fought one actual welterweight in 4 years and that was Mosley, who was 38 coming off a 1 1/2 year layoff.

Ortiz is only the best WW out there because Floyd goes into his cave and then comes out whenever a cherry is ripe for the picking.

This is a tuneup nothing more.

I was honest in my assesment. It a tuneup that is a good fight. I didn't try to make it out to be huge, mega fight.

And everyone was screaming that that Floyd was ducking Mosley, and was supposedly scared of him until the fight, happened, then came the age and layoff excuses.

Floyd has tools to beat Martinez at 154. I'm not by far a fan Mayweather but I'd love to see him doing that, probably as much as you would.

Let's get it straight. I'm a hater but not a fool. From the get go Ortiz was 8-1 underdog now it's 7-1 still close to the original line which means one thing. He's almost as hopeless as JMM winning against PAC and it's the reason I hate both fights but will buy the latter cause even though I'm a ******* we all know his fights are exciting ;)

Who the **** else is around? Ortiz is a great pick right now. Coming off a big win, he's got size, speed, power, some skill, determination, and is pretty durable. Berto had yet to be tested, but people forget he dropped Ortiz and fought his heart out as well. The intensity of that fight proved the capability of those fighters, and Ortiz came out on top.

No reason this fight shouldn't be made. Pacquiao should be next, but Ortiz is a great choice right now.
