If you're calling for Itauma to get a shot at Usyk, you have no business complaining about Rico

Champions have historically defended their titles against garbage opponents from time to time. I'm not saying that this defence is good, but it is nothing unusual in HW history.

I knew about that farce, I named him in a previous post.

you said “Champions have historically defendedtheir titles against garbage opponents from time to time”

Using plurals, historically and “time to time” I was expecting more than one in very recent history. do you know of any more?

Fury didn't defend the title against Ngannou IIRC

I know, it was appalling at the time, but not as bad as usyks.

I’m lowering the bar and just asking about champions who had licenced boxing matches against non boxers.

ps. The fact I had to confirm “licenced boxing matches” shows how ridiculous this is lol

Seriously , i think its the first time in history somebody defends a word title against a non boxer , right ?

I,m not aware that such a thing ever happened in pro boxing ?

Right and Itauma is not deserving. But it’s not like a huge amount of people are clamouring for Usyk-Itauma. The people want Usyk-Kabayel (or at least Usyk-Wardley), and there’s no excuse for Usyk facing a kick-boxer with a 1-0 record over Kabayel or Wardley.

The last hw champs who were regularly active and fighting boxers were AJ & Wilder.

sorry I just like to rub it in lol

Nah they aint the same. A veteran aging kick boxer with 1 win in a boxing ring against someone who never won a right in a boxing ring- no one really wants to see it v Usyk, I mean Rico doesn't even have the name recognition like someone like Ngannu has
Moses is highly touted 13 fights in recently stopped a 31-3 heavy with a good CV.... world of difference
That said I don't think he will face Ituma high risk no reward. Fully expecting Wardley or Wilder, Fury, AN other, should be Kaybayel

Top fighters are not likely to be willing to face Itauma without a belt on the line so I wouldn't expect him to have a good resume prior to getting a title shot

Yes, Mr. Glowacki, my friend. Itauma has to prove that he is not going to get himself seriously injured.

That's twice you didn't read, you idiot. Keep going. Every time you make yourself look stupier. Most people actually read it and liked it. All the others that didn't, re-read it and are addressing the point that was made.

You are literally the dumbest person on this thread.

Thank you my friend , now i finally understand !
We can only be thankful to usyk,s prudent approach and the fact he saves the division by avoiding them . Imagine he would face all his victims in the ring to destroy them - itauma , kabayel , wardley , parker and more .

Nobody but rico is brave enough to face the punch of god in the ring and survive :angel2:
