He might have been boring, but would you rather he got KTFO? He survived 12 rounds which is credible in itself (he also won a few), Judah was a monster at 140 with his speed and power. Hatton would have almost certainly been knocked out.
I'd rather have seen him tried to win the fight. Hatton - Judah is 50/50. If Hatton could get through the first 5 rounds, I'd expect him to win, but he'd be vulnerable at the start.
It just goes to show the difference between Hatton and Witter, one is happy to lose. I've never seen Hatton fight to survive. He's not a journeyman is he.
Nah, its no way near 50/50 I'm afraid. The current version isn't too hot, but the version that fought Witter, and the 140 version in general would destroy Hatton and given Hatton's struggles at 147 I wouldn't even fancy him there Look at it this way, he has everything Hatton hates. Southpaw stance. Blistering speed and counters. Uh-oh. More power than Mayweather, a whole lot more. It's more like 80/20 Judah.
You have no credibility though. Hatton SHOULD have beaten up Collazo, and that is pretty much a blueprint for how this goes. Southpaws, only Judah is faster, more powerful and counters better. Mentally weak yes, but when he's punching Hatton in the face all night it tends to keep your morale up
Yea and Judah loves facing guys like Hatton. atsch Hatton could easily frustrate and tire Zab for 5 rounds and then break him down late on.
First off, Hatton did beat Collazo at 147. At 140, it's not even a fight, Hatton is too strong. At 147, I hope Judah (somehow) beats Mosley and it could happen. Hatton beats him.
Judah doesn't like facing anybody unless everything goes his own way. Doesn't change the fact Hatton is perfectly made for him to score an impressive knockout
'too strong', 'Hatton beats him' Why is it I can't take you seriously with this concrete analysis? :nut
Given your history of being right up Hatton's arse, its going to take some sturdy analysis on your part to prove to me you aren't just picking him by default
TFFP, we can't all compete with analysis to the standard of 'It's better to try not to win, than try to win and get knocked out'
I'm going to write you an essay on how a fight that isn't scheduled is going to pan out... Oh no, I have better things to do. I haven't been here very long, but I can pick fights and you'll see this with time. You might also learn that I'm not "right up Hatton's arse" and I just like the guys who go out to get the biggest fights in the world. So Hatton and Haye have my respect right now in British boxing. Cotto in world boxing. But if Witter goes after Mayweather, and not the loser of Hatton-Mayweather, he'll be on my list too.
