If Joe Calzaghe and Andre Ward met at Light Heavyweight at their best, would it have been a trilogy type pairing or a 1 and done? For me I could have seen it go 1-1-1 with a bonus 4th! What do you all think??

Why not at 168 where they were in their actual primes?
I think Calzaghe had the style to beat Ward. Ward was really smart and crafty, but I think Calzaghe was the more adaptable boxer.
It would have been an ugly mess tho.

Ward would have had a very hard time getting his offense going while Calzaghe himself would have had massive trouble with Ward´s movement.

Depends on the ref to be fair. How many “accidental” or un called punches to the groin does Ward get?

Ward used and knew every dirty trick in the book and made a habit of even telling people that he fought dirty. If the ref keeps it honest I see 2-1 Calzaghe.

How would Ward deal with Joe's workrate?

Ward defeats Calzaghe at any weight due to his superior skills and ring IQ.

If you can keep your head when all about you.
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too:
