I didn't mind it when it first started but in recent years it's boxing for chavs and the nandos, lads, lads, lads, ladbible, tight leggings, polo shirt two sizes too small so they appear big after a roid cycle
This obsession they have with YouTube/pornstar boxing at the moment and all of its staged Stunts has really just become too annoying for me. Have had to unfollow a channel which was once great, a sad sad shell of that now. Anyone with suggestions of something similar but without the YouTubers etc on it let me know
Nobody. Celebrity Boxing is big everywhere now since it was heavily pushed. They pop up in Poland,Germany,Russia, etc.Literally everywhwre now.
Decent boxing channels: ultra tech sports of course Porkys corner clearly knows a lot about British boxing behind the scenes and has some very knowledgeable guests that’s about it
Boxing News (formerly ID Boxing) is the one for me now. I've not knowingly seen them cover the YouTuber stuff other than Tommy Fury and given their ties to the magazine, they're a bit more purist! ...And the only channel to really give Hearn a hard time over Benn.
Second this, decent interviews and the breakdowns they do in the lead up to fights with Andy Clarke, Barry Jones and Dec Taylor (every now and then) are a real good listen. Andy Clarke has to be one of the most well researched, travelled and informed boxing voices about.
You just know he's in it for the boxing and not for a media career, when he comes out with "I was MC at a dinner show last weekend". Good guy.
