Wow! If this is the best you got, the I feel sorry for the current heavyweight fan. These cats wouldn't even be allowed to be on Wide World of Sports.

Does anyone in the heavyweight division besides Wilder and Joshua know how to do a sit up? Or turn down the 5 extra slices of pizza?

I'm just kidding with you. In all seriousness I thought it was a good tough fight. Hunter is very clearly a blown up Cruiserweight that is in shape but carrying extra weight so he can compete in today's 230 pound plus division. Neither guy was sluggish or plodding unlike the Whyte and Wach. That was a **** show.

Does this extra flab help at all?

Why didn't the fighters in the 70s-90s come in fat like these guys if there are advantages to being fat.

A lot of the fighters from the 70's were built more like Hunter. I have seen him when he was a Cruiserweight and he was cut and looked like a fighter from that era. A lot of the guys today are fat slobs but it was obvious to me that Hunter had extra weight on him to deal with the size and strength of Povetchen who is known for being a strong bull of a fighter.

I agree that Whyte and Wach were fat lazy slobs but Hunter was in shape for sure. If he was fighting another smallish heavyweight he probably would have come in at a much lighter weight.
