It would of been fun to see him reach his full potential if he didn't go all crazy. Like somebody already said he was a mix of Tyson&Holyfield, could of been one of the best!

Hopefully they can get him back with Curtis Cokes. Cokes seemed to be honing Ibeabuchi really nicely.

Some of his best attributes were that he seemed to have a good boxing IQ. You don't find many heavyweights that think in the ring. He also didn't crumble under fire. Many a heavyweight would have panicked and been KO'd by Tua, taking some of those flush bombs that Ike took. He hung in there though, and kept working, even landing some zingers of his own. That left hook landed at the bell of round 11 had Tua shook. The guy could box, he could also brawl. And as I mentioned before he was a thinker in the ring, great ring IQ. The Byrd fight is a great example of this. He supposedly came in out of shape, and only had like 5 rounds of sparring. Byrd was too quick for him the first few rounds, and Ike as looking kind of slow and Rusty. Ike slowly started catching up to him though, getting the timing down, until that sixth round left hook/uppercut. Ike set it up beautifully, backing Byrd up against the ropes, then feinting a right hand, and getting Byrd to bite on it, then exploding with the left upperhook. Beautiful shot.

I hear he is already in training at an undisclosed location, breaking down the theories of psychopugilism and applying them on those unfortunate enough to be the benafactors of his translations

When Ike walked into Curtis Cokes Home of Champions gym he was just a raw slugger. Curtis, one of the best in the business incidently, molded Ike into almost the complete heavyweight.
He boxed the big puncher & beat him in Tua. Ike blasted the pretty boxer nearly decapitating him in Byrd.
I remember one of the money guys of BMI watching Ike spar when they were considering signing him. He turned to me & said " Always the same big muscled guys cannot punch"
trainer heard him signaled to Ike One left hook later sparmate was out cold in ring. The BMI guy looked at me & said' Wow guess I'd better get the checkbook out hadn't I " I just laughed & said You hadn't seen him fight before had you? Ike can punch

Based on the amount of time he spent in prison, he probably still has fast hands.
