If Marciano and Ike were BOTH on PEDs I'd definitely bet on Rocky.

Rocky wasn't even that good on the inside. His best punch inside was a headbutt and he threw a weak ass uppercut. He was good at range, which for him with his T-Rex arms, almost qualifies as inside, I guess. He was a winger, plain and simple. He was smarter than given credit for, but that's not making up for 50 pounds of muscle.

You are certainly delusional and suffering but I thank you for the service you have obviously given to your country. I hope the head wounds heal.

Marce doesn't have to "accept" anything. He'd just get his lights knocked out and that would be that. :bbb

Because rocky is undefeated he would beat anyone?

I hope you see the obvious logical flaw there Dino. I mean everyone is undefeated until they lose. Even your hero wlad was undefeated until he ran into purrity.

It is a shame Ike Ibeabuchi was never going to control himself after his first tough fight because he never got to be a great fighter or got to knock out any world champions. It is unfair to compare. Ike never came close to beating a fighter who was regarded the best of his era.

I just think its a shame to make a comparison with a fighter with mental problems who never knocked out or beat anyone regarded the best in the world against all time greats.

    Absolute bull****.

Ike was considered good enough to have earnt a fight with Lewis during his career. In beating tua and Byrd he was easily a deserving contender.

If he's good enough for a fight with Lewis, he's good enough for a fight with anyone.

A deserving contender yes but does he beat Lewis assuming everyone forgets ike was due in court before a fight could be made? might ike prove to be another Michael Grant? Were Tua and Byrd world champion material or just strong contenders? Is there another strong contender who never faced a champion worthy of all time greatness after so few fights? isn't it like saying the Pope would have made an excellent husband if he were allowed to marry? We could assume the Pope would have made a great husband and we could also assume Ibeabuchi was not juiced to ****. Neither can be proven. The fact is it is a shame ibeabuchi with all his muscles looked a good fighter before he was locked up. it is also a fact that Ike was mad. It is also a fact that he did not knock out a champion or a fighter considered the best in the world. So it is fair to say it is unfair to compare Ike to all time greatness.

Noone has to prove anything. It was a fight people wanted at the time. People wanted the Lewis - Ike fight.

You chat utter **** at times mate.

Calling this an unfair fight is ridiculous.

No Luff i dont think Rock is unbeatable based off his unbeaten record and i said this match up is 50/50 but i fully believe an Ike victory is far from a certainty.

Lacy was feared and touted as a brute knock out puncher because of his beefed up muscular physique before he was slapped silly by the twig figured Calzaghe.

Which would be a good point if Calzaghe weighed 118lbs and Lacy had beaten anyone as good as prime versions of Tua and Byrd

i think ike has to qualify as an all time great fighter before he can be compared to one.

fighters from the 1950s trained for different things. The heavyweight division became a power event in the 1990s. i often wonder what 1990s heavyweights would look like in the 1950s.
