*Sigh* see - You don't have to go ack THAT far in time to see a good hw fight - It seems longer ago than it was.

It boggles my mind Pea. I thought people watched fights objectively lol. Many are homers...lol. I don't expect too many of the young guys to have seen this fight and watched it like it should've been watched and judged. These 3 judges saw exactly what I saw. That is rare with me too. You described the fight exactly to a "T". Pac-Marquez is a fight that I consider could've went either way. Sweetpea-Dlh is a fight that I saw that could've went either way. Williams-AM and Ike-Tua are not fights that could've gone either way.

Ike won by 2-3 points. Both were landing big but Ibeabuchi was more active

Exactly. My mind is just totally boggled that people had Tua winning more than anything lol.:rofl I mean they are saying he won. Ike used his jab, fought him on the inside, took his best punch and came right back. They thought Ike would run out of gas, and he didn't. Tua's trainer even knew he was losing the fight. As one poster said...both gave a good account of themselves, and neither man lost a bit of respect win or lose.

 why, cause you disagree its not like it was a wash either way. It was a close fight... and Tua won imo. I've seen the fight many times.

Ike was brain damaged to **** after that fight, that should tell you who won.. ;-)

Like I said, this fight WAS close and it could have gone either way imo. So I have no problem if people make a case about either fighter.

    link2296 probably said it best.

But the judge who had it 117-111 was either a homosexual, fascinated by Ike's muscles, or just asleep during the fight.

What did I say that wasn't true. You liked that Ike was more busy, I like that tua landed the harder shots and really hurt Ike (especially in the 11th I believe). What's not true about any of that? :deal

Tua didn't land the harder shots, and Ike was never visibly hurt in the fight. If anyone was hurt in this fight, it was Tua. But I only saw him hurt to the body.
