Yes but I'd favour the more proven Norton.

Ike beat prime Byrd and Tua Norton beat a past it Ali at the very best twice and....?
washed up Quarry, a “Win” over Young and a possible victory over an injured young Holmes.

Norton is clearly superior but not by a great margin, and the great opponents he beat had no stylistic relation at all to Ike so it wouldn’t help in the slightest.

How will it help negate Ike’s power, insane work rate and mad mans chin?

I agree, I think Ike’s chin and work rate would get him the decision

This is for Norton to lose. He has the superior ring IQ and is defensively sound enough to neutralize Ibeabuchi and outpoint him over the distance.

Watch Kenny blow it. Out in front and looking good, Ike catches him along the ropes and knock s him cold.

    A predictable response.

    Here's another...

    Ken Norton > Chris Byrd.

    Norton would beat Byrd.

    Norton is Top-25 All Time.

    Byrd maybe makes Top-60.

    H2H Norton isn’t top 25 so what’s your point?

    He doesn't have to be.

    It's fairly obvious.

Nortons the better boxer. More experienced. A very very good underrated jab. Those hooks to the body followed by the overhand right not to mention his record. I mean who has Ike really beat? People are taken back by his physical appearance but that doesnt win fights. His biggest win against Tua could have easily went Tua's way and for all the punches he through I dont remember him making Tua blink so there again I think his power is overrated. I just never bought into this guy. One tough fight against a disappointment like Tua isnt the stuff of legends in my book. I'll go with Norton who for some reason gets almost no respect here anymore.
