Both are washed up to bits. Ibeabuchi was defo much better in his prime than Browne's but his prime was 15 years before Browne's! I'd have to say Browne now as he's been far more active and can defo crack a punch even if he is a very slow and faded journeyman these days.
I would want to say Browne too, but he was grossly out of shape in his last 3 fights, and got stopped in all of them. Two years ago against Miller he looked pretty sharp, and was boxing Millers ears off, but his lack of discipline caught up with him and he got broken down. I think Browne might be broken, and I would have to side with the fresher fighter here.
Didn't realise Browne was 46 years old, I thought he was 42-43. I'd assume he would still have some power at least. But yeah, its hard to tell what would happen but its pretty tough to give any fighter over 50 years old much of a chance, I hate to say it.
If Browne comes in shape he wins by KO. Browne has just signed a 3 fight deal with a bare knuckle organization.
