Well, my friend, Vitali would've TKO'd the great Joe Louis--who I respect a ton.. So much for your logic.
Not sure who would win this, but I will say that Ike's wins over Tua and Byrd are better than any win of VK's. For whatever that's worth.
Styles make fights kid. Ike hardly lands a glove on VK before his corner throws in the towel to stop the carnage. Easy fight to call.
This is hard to call. Ike had stamina, and a high work-rate. He could take a punches as evidenced that he went to war with Tua and came out the winner. This fight holds the record for amount of punches thrown in a heavyweight contest! Against common oponent- Chris Byrd. Ike knocked him out. Vitali submitted due to an injury. A little bit unclear there, due to the injury. If you told me that you believe Ike would be able to outwork Vitali, I might agree. If you told me that Vitali could use his reach to win a decision, that too is quite plausible. I do not think that Vitali could stop Ike. I think Tua (especially the fit one that Ike fought) proved that Ike is hard to stop. I think it's possible but unlikely that Ike stops Vitali. Final prediction...It goes to the cards, and it's close.
