Recently The President has “comeback” or is in the process of (he is 51yrs old so unfortunately don’t think he’ll be able to do much there). But the shocking thing is he is still in amazing shape, and uploaded a few videos of him working out. When asked what he did in his prime for workouts he replied “Same as in these videos”. Now, when I tell you that one video which is just a part of his workout is legit doing tricep extensions for 40 minutes straight with maximum 30 seconds rest between sets and repping around 15-30 reps per set I suspect you’ll agree that’s insane. He has other similar videos where he does chest press supersetted with lat pull down… for 40 minutes. Doing barbell curls for 20 minutes, supersetted with shoulder upright raises… doing abs for 20 minutes… etc. I don’t really know his full lifting routine because of the way he posts videos, but from what he’s posted just now that is completely shocking (there’s endurance training and then there’s this, and also he was very powerful).
Ike mentioned that he did circuit training in his prime and he also had access to a gym while incarcerated, and is most likely prison-jacked as in an interview in 2022 he stated that he is at "...259 lbs which is only 15 lbs more than when I fought Chris Byrd..."!
Apparently he talks to utubers on his videos comment section. Does anybody know the result of his comeback fight?
Fight got moved to February due to the opponent. At this rate I doubt it’ll happen, he has trouble finding promoters
