Well, I personally rate him on what I've seen with my own two eyes...an extremely powerful and fast big man who took repeated punches from Tua that would have sent most into a coma. I've seen him make Chris Byrd drool and do the duckwalk unlike any other man in boxing has. Devastation.
Total Bull**** Any mental problems Ike has are the result of him being confined for 14 months drugged to a near vegative state while the prosecution tried to build a case & talk Ike ointo copping a plea
Can't agree with this enough. I believe they set the record for the most punches thrown in a HW fight?
ESB: Calvin Brock? Ike Ibeabuchi: When it comes to costing, I am the project, and he is the job order. Point made.
My man, Ike was impressive, but lets not forget that his two biggest wins were against guys who are tiny by heavyweight standards. And lets not forget that he struggled a bit agaisnt each, coming from behind to knock out Byrd, and winning a fight agaisnt Tua that could ahve gone either way. I am not saying that he would not have beaten the Klits, but the evidence really is not there.
Interesting a Vitali Klitschko nuthugger would talk about another fighter on roids with absolutely no evidence whatsoever. Also, Ike's physique is natural and common to the Ibo people of Nigeria. Ike comes from the same tribe as Duncan Dokiwari and former NFL running back Christian Okoye, all ruggedly built like tanks with physiques that would put any professional body builder to shame. Yes he was. Unfortunately his knees weren't as tough or as rugged as he was. He would have been an ATG running back IMO.
