    no didn't have the mentality

  3. Ike brutally and savagely destroyed Prime Chris Byrd.

A left over shot version made Prime Vitali quit.

A even more shot version ended up being Prime Wladimir's best win.

Ike would have tapped Wlad on his egg chin and Wlad would have exploded.

Ike would have made Vitali quit too.

Ike was a real monster and a demon in the ring. Sadly the demons were in his head too.

No. He went life and death with Tua, and is only hyped as a "what if" because he was undefeated and prime when they put him away.
The Bird win was very good, but there's a good reason why Bird went down to crruiser.

I was interested so I looked it up.

His next chance for parole is May 2013. He will be deported upon release, apparently.

He has earned two Associates' Degrees from a community college since he was incarcerated, interestingly enough.

To anyone who hasn't, I would recommend reading his wikipedia page. Crazy stuff. Literally, demon-related stuff...

No one can say. All we can agree on is that he had alot of potential to become a really good heavyweight.

    However you can never tell.

if Tua hadn't permanently screwed up Ike's head and made him see demons, then maybe

Tua was a ****ing monster and a half, and imho that version of Tua beats either K brother and maybe Lewis as well. Neither of those men were the same after that fight.

Ike was a beast from hell and would have wrecked the division. Tua was the only thing standing in his way. One of the best HW fights EVER, vicious, heavy bombs being thrown by two guys with beast power and taken by two guys with anvil chins.

He wouldn't have beaten either Klitchko or Lewis.

    Ike was awesome IMO.

He could box a bit too.

I have him alongside Valero as biggest "what ifs" of the last 20 years.

I think both had potential to be ATG's due to there combination of talent heart and intriguing image/personalities.

i'd give him a chance against all 3. Vitali he could have out boxed, or landed enough to wear him down to a late stoppge.

And Wlad and Lewis, whilst, they could both outbox Ike. I think Ike takes there best shots, and would have a great chance at KO'ing both of these guys.

you'd be crazy(like ike was) to rule him out of any of these.

Ike would have been bit like Tyson

absolutely amazing in his prime, beating everyone, but you know he would self destruct sooner or later.

and then people would ponder whether he was really that good, or just overrated

Ikes career would never have been a long one
