He's going to have a rough time with his return to the sport.

You just plain DKSAB do you?? If Ike hadn't called that lying hooker he'd have been the natural successor to Lennox Lewis when he retired. What a fight that could have been
Today after all those years incarcerated especially early on when the kept him Heavily sedated like a zombie almost because they were scared of what he MIGHT do.
Apparantly Ike is in decent shape physically & what I'd like to see is him back with Curtis Cokes & Jay Wilson in Dallas. Let them work with him & be honest with him about where he stands about a comeback. All Arum etc want to do is use his name to help sell the Pac- Bradley card they don't care about his health
Ike payed wayyyyyyyy above his dues I wish him nothing but the best in futire:good:good

He was a contender 17 years ago. Fighters like George Foreman are an anomaly. He's extremely unlikely to do much in a comeback.

He may have stayed in shape with weights, running, pushups, situps, etc...but it's different than training like a professional boxer at the elite level.

Ike always refused to take medication so it doesn't affect his mechanical skills. That is an old information I already know from years ago. It was clear since his first moment in prison that he wanted to return to boxing at the time of his release.

He was A in his prime, now he is done...No point of harming him more...Boxing/USA seems to hurt him more mentally than anything else

No what affected him mentally was the way they kept him heavily sedated for months because of what he MIGHT!!do
What the US justice system did to him was CRIMINAL!!
