You compared Byrd beating Klit to Ike beating Byrd... shows how little you actually understood those fights.

Byrd was getting schooled by Klit previous to the injury.

 

Seems like it all fell flat. He got arrested last week violating his parol.

 

If that is the issue it might be possible to sort it.

 

I think it might be a case if they cut him some slack, or how much slack he already had.
Also the stipulations of his parol.
If it was a key note, or they demanded him to start the program within a month or even 2, then I think he's in deep doodoo not having started the therapy almost half a year after his release.
Then they would have given him a huge amount of slack aready

 

So is nobody going to acknowledge that he didn't mention Alexander Povetkin as a current top HW?

 

I've seen that done a lot lately. After May 21 they probably have to acknowledge him anyway.
