The knockdown saved the fight for Oscar on my card. I don't think it was a robbery, but I'd have to admit it both ways, even if Quartey won
You could have almost gave Oscar the first 5 rounds straight. What I noticed was, Oscar was just keeping a half step out of range of ike's jab and that was essentially all Ike was throwing with a few far and between good shots he did land, but Oscar would get him to reach in just a bit and counter ike. Now I didn't give Oscar the first 5 rounds, and going into the 12th I had Oscar down by 1 point, but he did what champions do, and Ike failed to produce when it really counted. He was very game that fight, and I believe Oscar was off his game a bit, but regardless dug down and pulled it out. To this day, I can't fathom how anyone can call that fight a robbery. Oscar outlanded ike in power shots, ike outlanded oscar in overall shots, but Oscar put ike down 1 more time and had the only 10-8 round of the fight. Close but not hard to call IMO.
