Quartey makes the move up to 154 in his prime and challenges Terry Norris.

Assuming both at thier bests.... Norris by UD. Prime Ike isnt an easy fight for anyone, but I just feel as if he was a bit too robotic and basic to beat an "on game" Terry. And whilst with Terry's chin theres that chance, lets not forget that Quartey was vunerable to left hooks, and Terry's hook was superb. Ike has his moments, but Terry for the most part is just too fast and too good a technian for Ike, and probably scores a KD or two along the way via his lighting fast left hook.

Agree with this, the lateral movement would be a problem, Quartey's best weapon was his jab, but how would he land it consistently against a moving target, the moving target that was Norris vs Brown 2? he also came in straight a lot of the time did Quartey, which plays more into the hands of someone who using the ring.
