Was it center? I thought it was right field. Ah, the Kingdome. Like watching baseball in a parking garage.
I thought it was center, but I just watched the clip on youtube and you are right. Has anybody else ever won an all-star MVP base on his defensive play? I bet not.
Check out this video. Has some great old footage...including a couple clips of Jack and Williams along with an interview with both....and a lot of other great footage. Hosted by a super young Larry Merchant and Mike Tyson. This content is protected
Saw a very past-prime Ichiro play a game in Miami. Didn’t get a hit (0-for-4 while sitting at 2,999 in his MLB career) but he did gun a guy out at the plate from left field in the kind of play a Hall of Farmer makes. A privilege to watch him play the game. As for the OP’s question, there are collectors of all kinds of sports memorabilia out there and I’d suggest you scour the ‘Net and reach out to them ... some probably know how to hunt down that kind of thing if they don’t have it themselves. I went to the Army-Navy football game last year and I did bring home a program. I don’t collect such tings but I wanted something to hold onto — it was everything I imagined it might be. That was a bucket-list trip for me.
Ive actually got this still on VHS, boxings greatest knockouts, love the bit where Ike explains he had a perfect set of teeth, until Baue knocks one out!!
Haha I do as well. Mike Tyson and History's Greatest Knockouts. I think my father got it through Sports Illustrated in the early 90's. It may have been my first exposure to boxing...I can't quite remember.
Are you in the States, because in the UK it was released under the name boxings greatest Knockouts, whereas you call it History's.
