    Two of my favourites here and although Williams was lightweight champ and Lewis was the welter king, they could probably fight at 140.
    Over 15 rounds I'd take Williams to outpoint the Londoner.I think Williams would be counterpunching Lewis as the kid charged forward.

    Hell of a fight, I think old Ted might be the stronger man at 140lbs.I know I'd be ringside for this one!

    In a fantasy matchup, both at their best fighting weights at Ted Lewis weighing 147 lbs. and Ike Williams at 135 lbs, I'll take Kid Lewis to win. Period. Ike Williams at 140 lbs and up,was not the terror he was at the WW weights where Ike lost several times...If they both fought each other at 140 pounds and up Ted Kid Lewis at his more natural weight would have decisioned the natural 135 pound Ike Williams who was the best 135 pounder I ever saw ringside...
    Every top fighter has his peak natural weight...
