    I would definitely Rank Williams Higher P4P, but at 147 I go with Lou, although he was very young in his early 20's, I think 20-22 or so when he fought 147, before gaining and going full MW, but I think a young Lou beats Williams as he did not seem to KO very many at that weight, he was a much better LW, so Lou wins a UD at 147.
