Ike Williams vs. Pipino Cuevas

    15 rounds at welterweight...Ike carried dynamite up to 147 lb could he dent the pre-Hearns killer that was Pipino Cuevas?

    Ike Williams had excellent power and very good boxing skills!!!

    He was one of a very few fighters that floored Kid Gavilan.

    Could he survive an onslaught from a prime Pipino Cuevas?

    Yes, I think that Ike could box/punch well enough and eventually
    stop Cuevas in the late rounds!!!

    Ike a great fighter but Cuevas too big for him, Pipino by late round kayo.
