as of now Williams experience counts and hes had hundreds of fights against some of the best fighters ever but the potential of lomechenko is very high and he has a very unusual style for Williams it would be tough and very technical fight
lomechenko however does have a incredible amateur record so experience isn't really that far apart

If you don't think Lomachenko struggled to adapt in his fight against Salido, I can only conclude I have higher expectations of a Lomachenko performance therefore rate him higher than you do.
