I'll be watching Shane/Cotto, but...

i thought margarito was supposed to fight cotto, was there something in the contract which stipulated that the winner was to fight cotto?

 

shut the **** up. why would cotto want to fight that freak? cotto would stand no chance!! and not cause paul is way betetr or anything...just look at that reach advantage.

if paul were 5'10 it would be better and comptetive


besides whats wrong with a fight against mosley? mosley is a far more accomplished fighter than PW and is the interim WBC champ. so **** off. they aint ducking nobody. cotto fights who they put in front of him. he dont ask for fights. hes a hitman/plastic surgeon. he just does what hes told and thats to punish mother****ers and disfigure them in the ring.

 

only thing i ever heard was that margo/cotto was a done deal if margo would have won....but never if paul won.

The deal to fight Cotto only involved Margarito if he successfully defended his championship against Williams. Williams wasn't involved in any guarantee to fight Cotto.

 

Some people might interpret that as ducking

 

i odnt think it does to him but i just cant see him overcoming the difference. but then again, if margarito could get in there with body shots, why couldnt cotto? who is a better overall boxer IMO. but what would it be like a 6 inch height advantage? and god knows what in arm length.....

PW may just have to grant AM a rematch. . . thats probably the biggest money fight available.

 

If Williams is looking for a fight....Cintron I am sure would oblige.

Cotto would destroy williams. As soon as cotto will hurt him PW will start to slow down. Williams would have better chance fighting Mayweather then Cotto and its no joke but it'll never happen.
