The Prescott rematch isn't relevant now. Khan has changed and beaten better fighters since then, while Prescott hasn't achieved anything worth noting on the world level.

The Maidana fight was close, but not many people seem to be interested in a rematch at this point. (Maybe just after the fight there was interest, but these days I barely hear anyone even mentioning a rematch.)

The Garcia rematch -- I agree here. The first match is still fresh in our minds, and Garcia hasn't lost or declined since then. Khan still needs to try and prove that he can change as a fighter under Hunter, and a rematch with Garcia is one of his best possible options for achieving that. Based on how he looked against Molina, however, he would probably still get stopped from a counter left-hook while he's throwing. He needs more time under Hunter, at least one more fight, and if he's able to improve then the Garcia rematch would be the next best step.
