His left hook is viscious! He was throwing it with some ill intent also, especially jumping in with those lead hooks in the 11th round.
Better is the triple against Mercer, and a left hook against Shufford that knocked him halfway across the ring and into the turnbuckle.
The fight was interesting for a few rounds, but Thompson was just out of his league. Wlad does what he needs to do to win, and should be commended for such. I just wish he fought with a little more passion. Or perhaps "passion" is not the right word, but his fights are usually pretty lame.
