How is that a source? Many CW's take stay busy fights over the limit and many journeymen fight in both divisions Zack Page for example. Him fighting some HW bum to keep busy isn't proof he's moving up bozo. Likely less damaging power than he had at CW.

Hell to the yes it will be less damaging at Heavy. In fact he'll probably be feather fisted. No way a top 30 puncher at heavy. Will his chin withstand bombs from the likes of Wlad, Stiverne, Wilder, Joshua, Pulev, Perez, Povetkin, Parker, Washington, Ustinov and Fury just to name a few. IMO no, they all beat him pillar to post. He might be a good low end Contender/Gate Keeper (Cunninghamesque, but he ain't beating the big boys unless he does a Rahman but nahh don't thin he's capable)
