You british fans are some of the best fans in boxing, a few dumbasses dont change that :good

  5. It amazes me how Vitali fights Sosnovsky, and nobody batters an eyelid.

Haye doesn't actually fight Harrison, it's just a quote, yet he gets slaughtered.

How about you cast equal judgement and give Vitali **** too, and wait until Haye actually fights his next opponent?

If it's Harrison he fights next then fair enough. If it isn't then good God there's been a lot of whining over nothing.

Well. Vitali just fought Harrisons originally scheduled opponent. So if it's good enough for Vitali why are the rules different for Haye.
Having said that, I don't want to see this fight at all and I don't think it will happen.

I'm with the Op, Audley's no more deserving than Rogan or Sexton, less possibly.
This is the sort of thing that would be vaguely ok if Haye was defending his title five times this year and had a hard one lined up for a month or so afterwards...but he hasn't and isn't.

This is pretty simple....Vitali is a 38 year old man who has my 1 or 2 fights left. Haye is still trying to prove that he even belongs at heavyweight. Also, Vitali did negotiate with Valuev and he at least tried to make the fight. Of course, I didn't like his choice at all, but I guess he's earned a freebie. Haye has not. Not even close.

he spouted off sooooo much **** about the K bro's for him not to take a fight with either one of them at this point. especially when both brothers are constantly calling him out now. The time for him to **** or get off the pot has come and my patience with him is wearing thin. mother****er got me pumped about the HW division again and now he's gonna fight a-force????? WTF. Should be klit brothers or nothing.

The fact is Vitali is active , he fights the top ranked fighters and just gets on with it no BS attatched , he just methodically works his way through it and sets dates ....................

Haye on the other hand , drags out his negotiations , who's he fighting next will it be him , oh no its him , well maybe its him !!!!! , the Bros just take the next man in line sign the fight and kick some ass , a little bit like the way Adamek is conducting his business at the moment ......... , he's just taking credible opponents and setting a date , no talk of wanting a rest or family time or any other BS , just setting dates and making fights .

Im really not of the opinion every time Haye steps into the ring he must fight a Klitchsko , i just think he needs to get down to business and make some semi decent fights coupled with a couple of bigger ones , does that not make sense ????

Vitali has actually earned to fight a freebie like Sosnowski, especially after his talks with Valuev failed through no fault of his own. Fact is Vitali has had a long and sucessful HW career and has typically taken on top competitors available while Haye hasn't done anything but cherry picked his way to the top all while proclaiming to be the saviour of this division. Sure, Vitali should get a bit of criticism for fighting Sos, while there were other top cats knocking on his door (and despite your assertion he did get this criticism on ESB and elsewhere), but its nowhere near the criticism Haye deserves for obvsiouly ducking the K-bros, saying he wants to spend time with family instead and then talking about fighting Audley.Disgraceful.

Seems you got a source, but I can´t get to it.
Well perhaps Fritz is a guy to call others assholes, and that I don´t like. It is indeed unprofessional, but not uncalled for considering Haye insulted the Klitschkos and others, like Valuev, before.
And you didn´t answer my question :?

Funny how Toney gets reduced to a 'controversial loudmouth' in that quote. The man achieved more in his career than Adamek, Valuev and Harrison together. Toney may very well be finished, but he's still a living legend and he should get paid some respect.

    OK. Who should he fight?

    He called out the Klitschkos.

    Who else can he fight?

Business wise this was very prudent. By aggravating the HW champs, and their fans, he raised his value, and that would include fights against cans like Harrison and Adamek(not a can, but).

I maintain that he will NEVER fight Wlad, and will eventually fight Vitali after Vitali's 40th birthday, but NOT sooner!

By the time Wlad is and oldtimer, Haye will be a long forgotten memory.
