OK OK then why, as you said, are the "majority" (according to you) saying it wasn't low, that it was a legal shot? Surely there's a reason for the 'majority' reaction to what happened.

And surely that reason has a lot to do with what I said and not about what you're saying.

As I pointed out to Serge, polls involving Canelo on here are unreliable due to the well documented bias against him. I maintain that polls not involving Canelo are very useful, though there may be a pro Usyk bias, but I still want to see the poll to gauge the reaction. After all, kirk "saw" a majority saying it was legal.

 

Fair point, but my point was not that Usyk isn't a great HW, but that he isn't a P4P great, and he doesn't deserve to be highly ranked P4P. This borderline "knockdown" only reinforces my view that he shouldn't have ever been ranked as high P4P as he is. Not that he isn't a great HW.

Fair point, but again, there's being a great HW and there's being a great P4P fighter. The other top P4P fighters Usyk is competing with in the P4P rankings have not had that kind of a close call.
