hey amsty, have you even seen the pac-diaz fight yet? just wondering cause the blueprint here against hatton is speed, volume punching, sharp combos, right and left hook counters, leads as well as the jab... speed definitely kills. pac will stay in the outside and the center of the ring w/ his speed. pac will probably dart inside from time to time, deliver his flurries and immediately dart out. pac also has the reach advantage here. we all thought that pac's speed and power will finally diminish @135 but apparently it didn't.
still think hatton at 140, not sure why. obviously hes a lot bigger, but i certainly am starting to think pac has a shot
No he wont. Hatton will scrag Pac around like a doll. Yes Pac looked excellent against Diaz but there is a big, big difference in Diaz and Hatton. Pac's speed will cause Hatton problems for a couple of rounds and then it will be all Hatton.
Are you trying to suggest Diaz is as good as Hatton? I mean I'm not Hatton's biggets fan but he's not that bad. Plus Pac will be much the smaller man if they fight.
Im still trying to figure out how Santa Cruz beat Casamayor but got knocked out against Diaz, did anyone see the fight?

:huh :huh :huh :huh :huh atsch 140 is light welterweight it isn't a catch weight and hatton would be 150 plus on fight night :deal
Ive used this argument with the Hatton haters for ages. Hatton basically has the dimensions of a super bantamweight/featherweight. But his muscle mass is such that he can't get any lower than 140. Pac might be the bigger man statistically but when they get in the ring and bump skin, Pac will realise the difference in natural size.
pac went in @147 vs. diaz... he will probably weigh about 148 vs. hatton. is a 4-5 lb weight advantage that big?
