Um, that's simple. Manny is the official Pound 4 Pound number 1. Shane is doing the chasing. Manny has many options.

Shane should fight a natural Jr Welterweight at Jr Welterweight not make him come up. :deal

 

if it pushes through, pac facing shane should already be a moral victory. even at a cachtweight of 143-144, pac has never fought anyone that could rival what shane can offer.

i would have picked the the winner of pbf-jmm, which is most likely pbf, or cotto over shane. balsy fight for pac. i applaud him for it

 

I said this in an earlier thread Shane is looking for a big payday and couldn't care less at what weight even if it means he might be drained.

Mosleys ability to take a punch or being stronger should not be his gameplan, he should use his skills to win the fight. Any fighter can be knocked out if an opponent hits them right with enough shots. One thing to remember about pacquiao is his main asset is 'quickness'. Look at the mosley cotto fight, mosley struggled with the handspeed of miguel, how will his reaction times fare against pacquiaos fists.

It is also important to remember that a great boxer uses his power and ability to take a punch as a back up in case hes not fast enough to slip, block or roll shots. When those two abilities are used as a primary plan the fighter usually has a short career.

Im picking pacquiao by UD, as shane still knows how to protect himself and use his feet and he will not recklessly use his power and chin to go for the KO.

 

I think this fight depends on which SSM shows up. If its vargas II or Margo, It could go either way, but if that mosley doesn't show up i think it will be a long night for him. However, i dont think PAC can KO mosley IMO
