I'm a JMM fan but he didn't beat Pac

Man I needs some of what you are on!:smoke Those numbers are mind boggling if you are true to your post.

 

Let me make a correction. I meant to say the FIRST fight was closer on points, due to the 3 KDs, but I can only see three rounds won for Pacquiao. Seriously watch the fight objectively.

I have bro...I honestly like both JMM and PAC....I like JMM better as a boxer due to his tremendous skill and fluidity, but as a fighter PAC gets the nod in that department....its the will, determination and of course his natrual gifts that allow him to share the ring with a guy like JMM....not only that but WIN!. I mean....it was close but to me the clear victor was PAC by a couple of rounds.

 

I'm a fan of both and had Pac winning both fights by 1 point

 

I scored both fights for JMM.

The scoring was close due to Pac's knockdowns but IMO JMM took the majority of the 24 rounds(16/8 for JMM) so Marquez is the better boxer!

But Pac slightly edges the top PFP spot due to his overall accomplishments and the close scoring!

If your data is correct which is debatable and preposterious, let me remind you that that's not the way to score a fight. Not rounds won but on points. There are many tangibles that you should consider. Who inflicted knockdowns, who delivered the most telling blows, etc. In that last fight, Marquez did do enough to win. As a matter, he looked dazed in some rounds. These factors may have convinced the two judges to give the nod to Pac.

Anyway, you can always hope that Marquez can get his revenge but Pac is now in another dimension. He's now in a different weight division which is more lucrative financially. If he will follow Pac, why not? I am still hoping that theirs paths will cross again though.

If you analyze closely, one reason why this is always brought up by jmm fans is to add some credibility to his resume.

JMM resume pre- prime casa win is rather lackluster! A win over Pac could have made a lot of impact in his resume and respect!

Remember, prior to casa fight what was his crowning jewel? A win over Mab who was also in him ULTRA PRIME . It was actually his second to the last fight of his career if I'm not mistaken. So I call it ULTRA prime to put premium on his win.:rofl


Besides the win over Mab, WHAT ELSE CAN WE BOAST OF? Salido? Jaca?

A win could have been the icing in the cake! Accomplishment wise JMM's legacy fails in comparison with the Morales and Mab! Of course after his win with PRIME Casa it could now a different story...
