Completely agree MVC. THIS is what boxing needs. Amazing news for diehard fans who finally have their sport in the mainstream again, at least for a couple months

What pisses me off about Floyd is that this was his chance to absolutely shut 100s of thousands of his haters and media outlets by just fighting Canelo at 154. But no, he really just wants to take away his own full credit because of 2 little pounds. Like he really needed Canelo to go down those 2 little lbs.

This seems like a case where Floyd is like "**** off youngin', you don't dictate the terms." because of Canelo going on record that the fight will be at 154 and acting as if he's the boss in interviews. Looks like Floyd just wanted to bring him down to Earth. But meanwhile, he's giving his haters fuel to discredit him.

its actually a legit catchweight. usually i dont like catchweights. but come floyd is getting old and its harder to move up on down from 147 to 154 which is wut alot of u are asking of him. so hes meeting in the middle. but seriously i think it will be hard for a growing 22 yr young man to make 152 he can do thats for sure but hes gonna have to take his weight an health very serious.

LMFAO. Some of you ***gots bias has gotten hilarious. Mad that the fight is at 152 yet have no problem with Floyd fighting someone that WILL STILL outweigh him by 20 ****IN LBS come fight night. I swear looking at what some of you ******s type, feels like im in an alternate universe. That, or you really are just ****in' idiots.

Canelo weighed in at 153 for his fight against trout. He wasn't the slightest bit drained.

People are talking about Canelo like he's an ATG?

It's a good fight, but the kid gasses after about 5 rounds. Mayweather will drag him around the ring, chasing, and potshot/counter him to death. It'll be an easy UD.

I have no problem with the fight being at 152 since Canelo is rehydrating to 170 anyways.
