whats up guys? hows everyones training been? I am back and this time I left my job at burger king which was making me gain alot of weight. I now weigh 165 instead of what I used to weigh(152). I have been boxing training alot and conditioning and muscle endurance training and top that off Im also mma training 1-2 a week and still stuck at 165 pounds. I am for some weird reason, feel faster and stronger and better at 165 but I cannot afford to stay at this weight due to me only being 5"9 tall. I would like to get back to 152 the right and smart way. Anyway thats about it guys.
Welcome back. So what's wrong with being 165. Plenty of 165ers are around that height. If that's where you feel the strongest and healthiest that's where you should be. Are you competing? If so, the only time you'd need to be 165 would be for an advancing tournament. Otherwise you'd just be matched by +/- 10 pounds.
What's your age and how long was it ago that you were at 152? Perhaps you naturally gained a few pounds... with some whopper assistance. But if you feel strong and fast, don't go too much down in weight. Remember what happened to Jones when he went down to lightheavy, or Bowe when he lost the weight too fast. Try to settle for 160 and don't rush it. p.s. Welcome back :good (who are you?)
guys if you dont know who I am just check my past threads that I posted! and im 17 years old and I used to be 152 about 2.5 months ago
Whats up man, you should lose the weight pretty quick after a month or 2 in the gym. I cant think of too many things that get you better shape than boxing, getting away from burger king is definitely a good start.:good
