154 doesn't need to exist, those guys can either cut down to 147 or move up to 160. Everyone at 168 can just cut down to 160 like Janibek does or go to 175. Cruiserweight should be abolished. Those are just heavyweights in disguise and if they're so scared of super heavyweights they can just cut down to light heavyweight. 140 pound division is also useless, not to mention all those tiny weight classes

I agree. I think people tend to exaggerate going up in weight.

Whereas, if you do go down in weight it does genuinely have more effects and risks.
