Hey everybody. I can't box for another year, and want to do some strength while i wait. I know i should do 5 reps, 5 sets.

The problem is I would like to be able to run at the same time, but that seems hard when you are doing deadlifts and squats trying to gain strength?

the main muscles I would like to gain strength in is back, core and legs. Not biceps and chest, and stuff like that. But maybe its necessary to train those muscles also?

So if anybody could make me like a schedule to follow it would be greatly appreciated :thumbsup

Could possibly make a profit on it via ebay, due to how rarely they are sold over here :good

A pair of used 14-16oz Winning gloves, can't remember which, went for well over £200, close to £300 iirc.
