I do give Floyd credit where its due, not just when but where, and I wont over credit him neither and thats what happens with alot of die hard Floyd fans they over credit him for wins over the likes of Gatti and Baldimor and Judah.

its funny how they can dis credit Cotto but honestly Cotto Stopped Sosa and Judah in which Floyd went the distance with both. Sorry but a stoppage is always more impressive to me than a decison.

They dis credit Cotto because he lost to Tony, the funny thing is in discrediting him for that loss when it comes to Tony they always also say that he cheated in that fight its the hyporcitic attitued that most Floyd fans carry that drive me insane......

For example Pimp C says that Floyd carried Marquez, I mean really? who the **** really beleives that? I mean honestly lets not get carried away lets be real Floyd didnt stop Marquez cus he couldnt for a few reasons the first being he knew Marquez was a great counter puncher, so there was some in security in Floyd when he did drop him, maybe a little too saftey first if you ask me.

To be honest most of the hate is not really at Floyd I mean sure I want to see him fight welters I want to see him take bigger risk, However most of my hate is due to reaction by his own fans in blowing up wins that really are not that big to even be excited about.

Dude the Floyd-JMM mismatch fight to some extent is considered a success... Yes, it gathered a million PPV buys but are you sure all those who bought the PPV were satisfied with the fight... I've read a lot of disappointments about that fight... The fight sucks, it's a joke tuneup, mismatched fight... Failure was also noted at the gates, it didn't sell out...

Go ahead and brag how successful is that 1 million PPV buys but the true measure of a successful boxing fight is one of a compelling, interesting, entertaining, exciting, competitive fight that won't disappoint the fans...

Dude when that 1 million PPV buys was announced by HBO, I think I was one of the first to admit that my PPV expectations of that mismatch fight of 500k to 600k PPVs is dead wrong... I already admitted days ago that I'm wrong with the PPV expectations...

But you can't hide the fact that that joke tuneup, mismatched fight sucks bigtime and that what matters to the fans most - the actual fight itself not the PPVs and ticket sales...

This is the problem....Floyd doesnt have to dig deep to beat very good fighters. The reason for that is the talent gap. Which is also the reason that guys like you hate fighters like Floyd. Its not what you want to see, you want to see a couple of guys in the ring with thier chins out winging wide wild shots and seeing who can take the most before they fall down. that isnt boxing that is MMA or street fighting.

How could anyone in thier right mind bash a fighter because he is better then everyone out there for him to fight. And yes your right, it floyd hangs around long enough there will be a fighter that will push him and beat him. that shouldnt be what it takes for a fighter to gain respect, its a warped way of thinking " I dont respect him as a fighter because he hasnt lost" You have to see how stupid that sounds.

I dont recall that, im not saying that ONE person didnt say that but for you to say that MOST of Floyds fans bitched about Margo's size is flat out not true...Floyd isnt a fighter that relies on power so fighting a bigger slower less talented Margo would have not been any different then fighting Marquez. In fact barring a sunday shot(Margo doesnt have one punch power) Margo would lose badly 119-109. Margo couldnt land shots on Mosely who isnt really that hard to hit how do you think that he would land shots on floyd???

And no, the hate is due to the fact that many of you hate floyd, it has nothing to do with his fans, which you cats keep claiming he doesnt have. You cats ***** and moan about his fightings ONCE he won the fight. I recall many of your types saying that floyd was running scared from Hatton, but once the fight was signed he was picking on a smaller man. then you cats were saying that Oscar would knock him out, but later said that floyd was cherrypicking cuz Oscar was shot. Then when he signed to have a rematch with Oscar he was only doing so because he knew that it would be an easy win. He retired and called off the fight it was because he knew that oscar would be a tough fight. It has nothing to do with the fans, its all about the hate that is directed towards the man for one simple reason...He has never lost a fight.
