then come out and say it. ****ing noobs get worse and worse on here. but you conveniently disregarded the rest of the post. yes, in fact, i am very intelligent or i wouldnt be on the beach in florida in the position i am. pav does have fans outside of youngstown...you are intelligent enough to know that arent you corky??
Every time a noob says something you disagree with, you blame it on their noob-ness... That's lame. Pav is washed up. Deal with it.
i don't disagree that pav got his ass handed to him by hopkins. it was the rest of the post that was disregarded that i disagreed with. edit to ask what is this "everytime" you speak of. i never do that and you know it. i've seen you get pretty bitter with some people as well.
yeah man, i really don't take it all too seriously. that was funny. a lot of people on here do. i have seen some ww threads where people are actually so pissed they are beggin for a pm w/ an address and a date to fight. i **** you not. pretty sad. but no, that was funny my man.
I understand that seriousness of a staph infection and I can blame Pavlik for backing out, however, there's some professionalism that he needed to practice in this situation. 1) Why would you sign a contract to fight when you're still in rehab? 2) And when the rehab doesn't go well, why can't you just call off the fight? And when he DOES call off the fight, he signs another contract to fight a nobody? Seems to me that he is really ducking. What's the difference between two weeks (Dec. 5 to Dec. 19?). If I were PW I wouldn't have given him an extension either. How long are we really going to be waiting for this man? I hope Espino smokes his ass. However, I am NOT going to pay Top Rank PPV to see it. This is the weakest situation of the year.
Fighting just 2 weeks after the first date looks pretty ****ing bad on KP. I'd like to hear more from Pavlik on the situation before jumping to conclusions. One thing is clear-Pavlik has wasted the momentum he earned after the Miranda and 2 Taylor fights. Now he seems to be known more for cancelling fights and making scrub defenses. KP is making it hard to remain a a fan with all the bull**** surrounding him.
I could think of 3 million reasons why he would have signed it. In addition, he was medically cleared of the staph infection and was given a prognosis that he should be able to bend his finger shortly. This was before his camp even started. He got into his second week of camp, and it was determined that he wasn't going to be fully prepared because he was still unable to bend his finger. He was doing everything he could, except using the left. They asked PW to postpone for two weeks or Jan and PW's Team refused. (I don't blame them. Kelly is still not 100% healthy. He was told he needed to defend the WBC belt SOON or he would be stripped. He told Arum and Dunkin to make the fight. He would rather lose in the ring vs being stripped. Now go **** up a rope.
The only people I get bitter with is Monstar, El Caballo, Mooseknuckles, Capitan, The Joker, and a few other Cotto-***s. I try not to, but I can't help it. I hate Cotto...:fire
LOL...he should have got healthy PERIOD before signing a damn thing...basically you're telling me that he'd rather risk having an infamous staph infection flare up just to keep his belts and fight 2 weeks later? I would think his health should be his #1 concern. If he's that hurt maybe he should. Pavlik fighting weak opponents that don't deserve shots isn't any better.
