Does he load up on it too and overly reliant on it?

Yes he loads up on it he tries to take your head off with it. I sparred with him a few months ago and outboxed him the outside made him miss for the first few rounds. Then i got tired and started getting moved to the ropes and caught be the big right. I will be super fit for this one though. I was just wondering any moves/Techniques on completely taking away his right hand becuase thats all he has?

You have a height advantage and most likely a reach advantage.

Use the W Klitschko Jab aka the floating jab.

If you're orthodox, then you'll obviously want to keep your lead foot outside of his and circle to your right for most of the fight...You'll then be able to throw him off with lead left hooks and straight rights instead of the obvious jabs that he'll expect to counter with his overhand right. After you land a left hook in this manner, feint the hook and follow up with a big right hand.

It's not the easiest thing to accomplish so if you want to focus on one thing that I mentioned then focus on keeping your lead foot outside of his and circling to your right.
Also, if lead hooks are too awkward, then try following up with right hands after feinting the jab...once you've landed a few jabs of course.

I doubt that would work with such little differences in reach/height (im guessing your just average here, not a fella with massive arms). He more likely just to throw an overhand right and come over the top and catch you clean or knock your hand down and then throw a right hand. Probably be better to just keep your hands up high and a little bit of head movement.

I would just try what Son of Gaul said and get yourself superfit. Im guessing your amateur. So try and train yourself to do 6 rounds, so when you only do 3 you should be ok.

Just a warning if you do keep spinning off to the right all the time hes probably gunna start throwing a left hook so you've got to be ready for that.

THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS to take away a guys right hand from him.

i take it you want to box him rather tan take the fight to him.
start of by positioning yourself body and feet so that you are side on and away from his right side. when he throws the right you can simply roll the shoulder, go under it ala mccallum and come back with your own right. or you can simply pivot to your right side, this will be made easier as you will already be half way away from his right hand.

if his right hand is straight, i like to jam it with the palm of my left hand - trap- watch foreman vs coetzer for this.
if its a round house, then i like to use the wedge block, where you slam your forearm into his bicep whilst walking in and throwing your own right hand.

you can parry, block, slip. but the above thing about position should help hopefully.

    Very simple.

Tactics: Keep stepping to your right with your right foot, away from his right hand, and punching off of that whether its the jab or the right hand. In other words, practice jabbing and stepping right. And practice stepping right and jabbing. Then practice stepping right and countering with a right. Always come back with a hook though to bring yourself back in position for defense. Don't get stuck hanging head first after throwing a right. Come back with the hook even if its just to get back in good position.

Technique: Every time you jab, slip your head to your right also and keep the front shoulder higher then the back shoulder. That way, your shoulder can help to block his rights. And a very simple one... keep that left hand UP. Practice bringing the glove back to the temple after every jab and every combination.

These will help minimize the chances of getting hit with a right hand.

Jab His right hand instead of his head if that is his only weapon! It will work. Once that is in play, Jab his right hand then his head then his right hand(pump your jab) followed by your right. This takes his best weapon out of play.
