$35 General which is standing room. Its a nice event, and The Capital is a great place. Mostly Muay Thai fights if your into that.
well I hope you kick the guys ass, and let me know next time a few weeks in advance I would love to check it out....peace
Good luck, Dawg. If it's international rules, watch you legs. Nothing hurts quite like a good muay thai style leg kick. I'm sure you know that, but a reminder never hurts. If I was in the area, I'd definitely come and check it out. :good
This is my first fight with leg kicks :deal Still uncomfortable with reading them and working them into my offense to be honest.
damn dude you look ripped what is your routine? and you got some nice pop on that right, you defintely fit in the category of a pro fighter.

In the 1-2 months before the fight I'm at my gym like 4 days a week. Maybe rest one day. I run maybe two days (5 miles). I'm lighter and more ripped for thiss one because I actaully really watched what I ate. My routine at the gym is about 7-10 rounds of mits, 2 rounds of double-end bag, 2 rounds heavy bag after starting with 2 rounds of shadow boxing, and those 7-10 rounds of mit work is also mixed with hitting body armour and it may be 5 rounds with another 2 rounds of calistenics. (sp?) Also I find time to sprint -- Treadmill on high, sprint in intervals 2 min sprint - 1 min rest --- repeat for 3-5 times.
it's downtown just take the train to bowling green (4,5 trains) or south street seaport (2,3 trains) I kind of want to go too lets see what happens, I am on Pine street which is like 4 blocks away
