Yeah, they can be tough to defend and execute. Just remember to keep a proper distance until you know if your opponent likes to throw them. If he does, I've found it best to not try to block them, but to just get out the way. Anyway, brother, I'm sure you've been training hard and are prepared. You know what to do and I wish you the best. :bbb
Good luck bro... I wish i could make it since i work downtown but i have plans for tonight. ****... Best of luck kid!
yea I found it easy to try and keep a distance also. I was sparring with guys that do them regularly and a mistake I kept making, a big mistake actually was when I come in with my jab I was turning my left leg in a bit and they were just countering my jab with leg kicks and the back of my leg was WIDE OPEN. We'll see what happens, I got pretty good hands so I'm hoping to be able to counter the first few he throws with a 2-3 and hopefully deter him or at lleast make him think twice about kicking :good Thanks again dude :deal
Sounds like a good plan. Some guys who throw a lot of leg kicks tend to drop their eyes and hands a bit; you can sometimes catch them with something upstairs while they are throwing a kick. Let me know how you do, brother.
East side boxing on your side. This includes your kicks too. Too bad i dont live in N.Y cause i would defenitly check ya out.
