I would say you were doubly entertained for your $49 with fighting and dance. seriously though that flight was not as bad as everyone seems to think. Anderson was constantly hitting his opponent with stunning techniques throughout the fight. it was his opponent that was a disgrace.

And how was it less entertaining than Brock Lesners recent fight which resembled two winded hippos making out.

Silva got alot of flack and Maia didn't because he was going forward but like the Kimbo vs Alexander fight, the aggressor has 2 legs to go chase the guy. The majority of the blame lay with the runner but the aggressor can use his legs to cut the ring off etc

I haven't felt this good about an underdog winning a fight in a long time. Let's remember it was only a few weeks ago that Fedor was still considered invincible.
Of course, no one's going to be surprised if Silva puts Sonnen out in the first minute. But I'm very confident Chael will get a takedown and could keep Anderson planted on his back and wear him down.

Hey, maybe I'm just buying into the Sonnen hype because of all his trash talk. We'll see...

I think anderson is PISSED off even though he's playing cool. The last Silva fight was embarrasing b/c that was anderson who was taken out of his game mentally. Now he still dominated and toyed with his opponent but that was not a focused Silva. It just speaks to how really good the guy is. This fight I think he'll toy with Chad and bust him up real good for all the **** he's been talking.

No one forced you to buy the PPV. If AS was serious & explosive he would've taken him out in a couple of rounds. Still that's wasting money on a PPV because it would've been too short of a fight. Silva is bored he has no one he can fight in the UFC right now and even said he wanted to retire in it so he's not looking for other options. It takes two to tango and Maia should've punched him while Anderson Silve was daydreaming to be on Dancing with the Stars so Silva's not the only one to blame for that fight. Even before the Silva-Maia fight happened everyone felt it wasn't going to be a competitive fight anyways so yeah, you wasted your money. Anderson Silva needs some guy that'll push him and he doesn't have that now.

Huh? That makes no sense, then go to 205 and fight the big dogs there. Fight Rua, his friend Machida, heck even Rashad. Or better yet feed him to Jon Jones. Bones would take his ass down so fast, God it would be a beatdown.

Also how do you explain Cote, Leites? Theres no excuse for Silvas actions. God I just wished Hendo stuck to his gameplan.

Jones would not even look close with Silva, let alone beat him down.

Sonnen is an entirely different type of fighter that has very real advantages over Silva; Jones is just pretty similar to Silva but worse; he would get outstruck, not be able to get many if any takedowns, and would be in huge danger of being subbed.

We'll see about that, Jones is one of those special fighters that pushes through each and every time impressively. He is a freak and yes he will throw Silva down violently. He is that explosive. Ive never seen a guy this disproportionately long in the limbs. Hes huge.

Hes made Hammil, Vera, Matsushenko look like amateurs and hes 23. He may need to improve his cardio, I remember seeing him gassed in one of his fights.

When Silva dominates and shut Sonnen the **** up! I'm gonna rub it in some of you guys face on how you downplayed Silva...Cant believe so many are falling for the hype of Sonnen...I commend Sonnen for hyping the fight but at the end of the day...Words arent going to mean a damn thing once he steps in the cage with Silva...He's going to be in for a shock once the cage door is closed!:yep

:patsch I completely underestimated the ability Sonnen had with his werstling! Styles definitely make fights and with how great anderson is striking Sonnen is just as good with his wrestling foundation.
