You are not giving Conn much credit. He is one of the ATG's yourself AND he had an amazing chin. A chin that was shattered by the greatest HW ever.

Louis was probably the smartest, one of the most technical and hardest hitting fighters p4p ever.

Louis beats RJJ 9 out of 10 times.

The only issue would be that RJJ would talk s*** and then price himself out of the fight.

He never fought the top competition during his prime and that is why RJJ never got hit.

Louis would be able to nail RJJ before his prime, during his prime and after his prime. Louis was simply just too much of everything for RJJ.

Conn had an iron chin, Jones, not so much. In his early career his chin was good enough, but not good enough for Louis. Louis's punches were text book, perfect, powerful, blindingly fast. I don't give Roy much of a chance, but I think he'd survive to the later rounds and take a few rounds in the process.

Conn got TKO'd early in his career when he was 139 lbs.
