    No pic, no significance.

Back to boxing, Dirrell knew immediately he didn't want to fight Froch, so he pegged it, the fight was beaten out of him, a very short beating, but as soon as he tasted a jab, that was it, he didn't want to get hit again, and he suddenly had no fight in him, this is a scientific fact supported by video evidence.:deal

I think Mike Tyson's Punch-Out defends itself. No need to comment.

Froch was behind by several points on two scorecards and one judge had it even. So like I said if he didn't knock taylor out he loses. Does it take away from the win? Hardly, it really makes it more exciting. But when comparing it to other wins it is something that I consider.

We will see about Pascal this summer. As of right now his best wins are over Diaconu. Froch's stock will benefit if Pascal beats dawson and cleans out light heavy.

Froch's fight with dirrel was ugly and didn't reflect well on either figher. Froch looked like he had little skill swinging at air and resorting to fouling out of frustration. Dirrel looked like he was capable of beating Froch to the punch but was afraid to engage. He instead resorted to running and falling on the ground. Not an impressive performance for either fighter.

I agree that Dirrel was knocked down once against AA but the second one you are referring to was a slip. There was a thread after the fight that talked about that being a knockdown but to me it was clearly a slip. However that is beside the point. What rule allows you to hit a guy after you knocked him down if the ref sucks and doesn't do his job. AA saw that he was down, wound up and punched him on the chin. Disgraceful and a deserved DQ. AA was coming on like he always does but I don't think he would have caught Dirrel but it his own fault we don't know. I take nothing away from Dirrel

Depends what it is that Froch feels he stands for, I'm inclined to say it's just you.

I remember reading somewhere that Froch flew over to america and ****ed everybody's mothers, but i don't think he was racially selective, he just ****ed every single one of them.

**** me he had to go and drop the race card in there, what a nugget.

Carl Froch is quint-essential British and his humor is usually lost on Americans, and I think that's why he's disliked just because a lot of people don't get what he's about.

    There's no racism there.

He just means he hates what he stands for in the sense of all that jive talk and flash nonsense.

It's just you. Froch quite clearly states that he does not like Dirrel as a person. There are absolutely not the slightest hint of any racial undertones.

How did you even get the idea? Seriously...

He didn't beat the hell out of Taylor, he was way behind on the score cards against a shot Taylor and caught him with 14 seconds left! Also, Jean Pascal has a belt but he is not THE light heavyweight champion. Finally, I'm sure as a boxing fan, you watched the Direll vs Froch fight, so you must know that Froch never came close to smashing Direll. In fact, Froch was the only one who got buzzed in that fight.
