I'm not convinced that AJ easily beats Louis or Liston anymore

What do you mean when you say this? What this would usually be taken to mean - "juiced up" - is that Wlad was semi-permanently on drugs, was using them as part of his routine training. Is that what you mean?

I feel the guy was a product of his environment who benefited from modern strength and conditioning that wasn’t available before his own era. Lots of vitamins. Lots of supplements. Early nights. Lots of cod liver oil. Wholesome living. none of which improved his technique of course but very likely increased his size advantage over the opposition and increased his longevity enabling him to pick up less injuries and illness. Especially, as I suspect, if he used PEDs which have been prolific within the division.

As youngsters both Klitschkos were flat chested, gangly kids with thin arms and long necks. They filled out remarkably by comparison to generations previous to this.

I think it's very probable that Wladimir consumed something that would have been termed illegal at some point in his training. I think that's very probable.

It's never been proven though; it's also very very different from being "juiced up". I'd general hold that to mean a continual cycling in and out of performance enhancing drugs in breach of the rules. I don't think it's fair to say that that was probable.

indeed. Very probable. Unlikely that he (or anyone else) didn’t consume something that would have been termed illegal. Passing a test is just passing a test.

But I don’t think it’s fair to say it’s impossible that Klitschko or anybody benefited from a continual cycling in and out of performance enhancing drugs in breach of the rules either.
