yeah but that doesnt mean hes the real deal just cause a guy avoided him i'll praise him when he "fights" a top guy and wins pretty while showing the skills he has been praised for is that really much to ask for
Yea i ain't sold on his chin also. He got dropped by a lesser opponent. I doubt he could survived against lopez.
Also not convinced yet...iv seen a couple of his fights and although fast he still has alotta holes in his game. Gamboa vs Lopez is a pick'em fight for me with a slight edge to Lopez imo
im deffo not sold with gamboa. he doesnt overly impress me. i think JML lopez is kinda overated but hes keeps improving. i think JML beats gamboa. and i think litzau will give gamboa a really tough fight . i cant believe john turned down the fight with gamboa.
You have good points. I was talking about the brazilian who fought Gamboa, Adailton de Jesus! Sorry about that, I got the two boxers mixed up... What I was saying about Trinidad is that his knockdowns were really knockdowns, ( dropped to the canvas ) and Gamboa's have not been like that.
youre not convinced cause u have hate in ya blood. youre a hater. the reason every1 loves gamboa is cause he represents a true fighter. add up all his knockdowns(1 was an elbow) and he is onlybeen down 2 secs!!,..TOTAL! HIS BACK HAS NEVER TOUCHED THE CANVAS. TAKE THE HATE OUT YA BLOOD GO CRAWL BACK TO YOURE HOLE AND SITBACK AND ENJOY GREATNESS!
Again, I am not defending Lopez. I am not convinced by any of them. they are both good, but I dont see any of them as stars. Lopez, too many flaws are not being corrected. Gamboa.. Handfull of fights??? I will say more rounds fought than many retired ex world champs. And as his age, he is as good as he would ever be. He will not get any better. Not saying he is not good. But this is his peak. Lopez has a chance to get better, but I dont like the way they are working. I just hope thay both make some decent money and dont throw it away. Tito, a lot of people think he lost. I saw him win by one point. And still did a better job against Bhop than DLH did. Tito had great battles in his record. Gamboa and Lopez are not even close to that yet.
No way man. Gamboa is flawed but to say you favor Lopez means you are seeing this fight very biased. If anything i would be worried if i was a Lopez fan. He is the one who has seemed hurt in the past by much lighter and slower punchers than Gamboa. Gamboa does go down but he has yet to look shaken. He usually just gets back up and has his wits. I think this fight will also be like Hagler-Hearns. With Gamboa being the Hagler. Its over in less than 4. I saw Marquez hurt Lopez when he landed flush. Gamboa lands flush like that and its lights out. Also JML i dont think has faced a fighter faster than huimself. When he gets caught mid punch he is going to be out cold.
OK, then please show proof of a fight where Gamboa has been laid flat on the floor like Trinidad... Don't invent anything false, state facts.
